Standard Configuration

Firmly press the replacement RF module into the housing until the back of the RF module
bottoms against the inside of the housing.
4.
Use a flat blade screwdriver to start the captive module hold-down screws into the
threaded receptacles in the housing. Tighten the screws alternately to prevent stressing the
module or housing. Torque to between 25 and 27 in-lbs (2.8 and 3.1 N·m).
5.
Remove the plug-in accessories from the original module and install them into the
replacement RF module.
6.
Connect the power supply plug to the RF module POWER PLUG connector.
7.
Perform the Forward and Return Field Tests. Refer to Forward Field Testing on page 6-4 and
Return Field Testing on page 6-5.
