Function and applications

The laser distance sensor is a distance sensor with an extensive range of applications for intralogistic, in-
dustrial and packaging applications.
The laser distance sensor can be used for the following areas of application:
• High-bay storage device: push-through protection; see chapter 4.1 "Push-through protection"
• Crane: collision protection; see chapter 4.2 "Collision protection"
• Stack height measurement; see chapter 4.3 "Stack height measurement"
• Loop measurement; see chapter 4.4 "Loop measurement"
