This command can save the current setups of power supply to specified
memory. These setups contains current setups, voltage setups, max voltage
set and min voltage set

*RCL
This command can recall the setups you saved before from the specified
memory.

*RCL<NRf>

*TST?

This command is used to query the self-test by the instrument. 0 indicates that
self-test succeeds; other Arguments indicate self-test fails. In addition, in case
of failure, an error information will be generated to describe failure reason.
