1. If the roller is stuck on top of the staple tray, bend the drag roller shaft [A] in the direction of

the arrow [B] and forcibly rotate the drag roller [C] in the direction of the arrow [D] to retrieve

the correct position.

Drag roller - FRONT

[A]: Correct position

Drag roller - REAR

[A]: Correct position

[B]: Incorrect position

Drag roller is stuck on top of the staple tray.
