- Reversing camera (if fitted) will switch
on and display an image on the audio
screen provided the unit is switched
on. Note that in order to cover the
whole width of the car the view will be
distorted from a conventional image.
Please consult the separate audio
booklet supplied with the vehicle for
further information.
Take time to familiarise yourself with the
parking aid beeping frequency and the
actual distance being detected before fully
utilising this system.
WARNING
Be aware that these features are only
aids to parking and are no substitute
for vigilant all-round observation when
reversing. The driver is at all times
responsible for safe manoeuvring.
The parking aid sensors have blind spots
and may not detect small or moving
objects including children and animals,
low or narrow posts, towing hitches and
objects towards either side of the car.
To ensure full functionality, the sensors
must be kept clean and free from snow
and ice.

Instrument Panel & Switch Illumination
The brightness of the instrument and
heater panel backlight illumination can be
adjusted using the control wheel located
next to the exterior light switch.
To adjust:
- Turn sidelights on.
- Turn the control wheel until the
preferred backlight illumination is
obtained.
The backlight illumination of any other
switches which illuminate with either
the ignition on, or once activated are,
non-adjustable; the brightness of these
switches will dim automatically when the
sidelights are turned on.

Interior Lighting

The main interior lamp is located centrally
in the headlining and incorporates a three
position rocker switch which is pressed to
operate.
Switch symbol:
0 - Lamp is switched off.
I - Lamp is switched on.
- Central courtesy position.
NOTICE: To prevent flattening the battery,
ensure that the lamp is not switched on
when leaving the car.
Each front footwell and door panel also
houses a separate lamp to aid ingress.
