Fuel Range
Displays the approximate
distance in either miles
or kilometres that the
vehicle can travel on the
fuel available calculated
on the current fuel level
and fuel consumption.
Fuel Gauge
Displays the level of
fuel in the tank in the
form of a horizontal
bar graph with the
solid bars within the
outline representing
the proportion of
fuel remaining.

As fuel is consumed the solid bar will
gradually disappear from the right hand
side of the display. When only 5 litres
of fuel (1.3 US gallons approximately) is
remaining the
in the instrument panel
will illuminate accompanied by a 1 second
audible chime.
A warning will also
appear in the display
panel. Refuel at the

next opportunity. Only
use the remaining fuel
for emergency use.
The use of this fuel may cause intermittent
fuel starvation and potential engine
damage. In such situations the driving style
should be modified to minimise engine
load and cornering forces. If maximum
engine or handling performance is to be
exploited, or severe gradients tackled, a
high fuel level should be maintained to
ensure an adequate fuel supply.
Due to the remaining fuel within the fuel
tank, the total fill-up quantity could be less
than the specified tank capacity shown
within the 'Technical Data Section'.

NOTICE
Do not allow the tank to run
completely dry, as this could damage the
catalytic converters and fuel pump. Any
such consequence would not be covered
by the New Vehicle Warranty.
Override Displays
Door/Tailgate Open Display
Indicates when either a door or the tailgate
is open by flashing that corresponding
area on the display.
The affected door or tailgate icon will
continue to flash until both the doors and
tailgate are properly closed.
