Reports Overview
As a user or supervisor, you can get a range of reports to regularly view, print or store
information regarding your Mailing System usage, credit usage, account expenditures, etc.
Your Mailing System can also upload basic data that can be viewed online. Enhanced
online postal expense management reporting can be added as an option.
Reports generally require a start date and an end date. Typically, the reports are available
on screen and can be printed out on an external USB printer or saved on a USB memory
key.
Your Mailing System also allows you to get reports on mailing activity over the past two
years.
The table below lists the available reports.

COUNTER DATA
Batch Counter and corresponding postage
for outgoing mail since the last reset.
Batch Counter for incoming mail ('Re-
ceived on') since the last reset.
POSTAGE DATA
Consumption information (total items and
total postage value) for each day of a se-
lected period.
Total items and total postage value per
month for a selected period.
