Prevent the device from automatically trying to download a configuration file. See
Section 2.6.15.1, "Autoprovisioning"
Enter the IPv4 address of the provisioning server in dotted decimal notation.
The autoprovisioning filename is the configuration filename. The default
autoprovisioning filename is in the format of <mac address>.xml.
Supported filename extensions are ".txt", and ".xml." The current filename is
denoted by an asterisk at the bottom of the
