Q: My paging server shows it is registered in the web interface. However, calls do not connect to the paging extension. What can I do to fix this? A: CyberData VoIP Technical Support has identified a registration bug affecting firmware versions 7.0.0 and 7.1.0. The bug results in the paging server periodically losing registration with RingCentral, where all calls to the paging server will fail until it registers again.
