Operation
3. Set the correct height for the
sample.
 The laser (2) helps with the
setting.
 If the sample on the scissor
lift table is at an incorrect
height (3), use the setting
dial (4) to adjust its position
until it is at the correct height
(1).

The setting procedure is
indicated on the screen.

The correct height is
reached when the beam of
the laser is directed at the
center of the cross hairs.
4. Close the sample chamber.
5. Enter a sample name (1).
6. Select the method for measuring
the sample (2).
7. Select the directory in which the
sample is to be saved (3).
