(1) Set Read command.
(2) Set "Trigger" to the communication specification.
(3) Set "Upper  Lower" to the data storage order.
(4) Set HA to the start address to read data from the RF tag.
(5) Set 8 bytes to the number of points to read data from the RF tag.
(6) The data that is set to be read is written to the remote head module.
(7) ID command execution request is turned on.
