(tolerance ± 1%, line
voltage)
● Frequency: 40–70 Hz
The status icons on the LCD
indicate that all units are
operating properly, all
operating parameters are
within their normal ranges,
and no fault or alarm
information is displayed.
Expected Result
Wipe the cabinet surface using
a white paper and the paper
does not turn black.

8 Routine Maintenance
Troubleshooting
● If the humidity or
temperature is abnormal,
check the air conditioner
status.
● Put rodent-proof baffle
plates at the door of the
UPS equipment room.
● Check that the equipment
room is airtight and not in
a direct ventilation
environment.
● If the input voltage is
abnormal, check the power
grid status and input cable
connection.
● If the output voltage is
abnormal, check the UPS
running status and check
whether an alarm is
generated.
If an alarm is generated,
rectify the fault by checking
the device status and
parameters.
Troubleshooting
Remove the dust, especially
from the air filter on the front
door, or replace the air filter.
