Installation
7.1.10 VW Crafter (part. no. 77132TL)
RWD AND 4x4 2017-
1 Dismantle the spare wheel and
associated mounts and ladder. Any
towing hook must also be removed.
2 Install the chassis bracket in the ve-
hicle chassis, use excisting holes.
Use four M12x110 screws and one
reinforcement plate, see Fig 30.
Tightening torque 80 Nm
NOTE!
It may be necessary to create a
cut-out in the bumper.
3 Drill up the holes on the vehicle
chassis inside to Ø15 mm, so that
the spacer tubes fits in. Use 2
M10x90, nut, washer and spacer.
Tightening torque 50 Nm.
4 Install the lift, see "7.2 Installing the
lift" on page 50.
5 Install the platform, see "7.3 Instal-
ling the Platform" on page 51.
