Send ": VOLT: RANG 500"
The range is set to 600 V, which allows 500 V to be measured.
Send "VOLT: RANG?"
The present range setting "6.00000E+02" (600 V) is returned.
If :AUTorange is set to ON (1) or VOLT, the value changes automatically.
