HYDROSTATIC TRANSMISSION TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The machine operation is not
smooth.
The machine does not move
while engine is running.
System will not operate in either
direction.

Cause
• Hydrostatic transmission fluid is insufficient.
• Filter is clogged.
• Parking brake is on.
• Transmission fluid level is insufficient.
• Oil level is low.
• Oil level is too low.
• Oil level is low.
• Low transmission oil level.
• Radiator net clogged.
• Excessive machine load.
Cause
• Tire pressure uneven.
• Improper toe-in adjustment (improper align-
ment).
• Tie-rod end loose.
• Front axle case oil insufficient.

• Insufficient bleeding.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Countermeasure
• Replenish oil.
• Replace the filter.
• Release the parking brake.
• Replenish oil.
• Check oil level or fill oil to proper level.

• Fill transmission oil level up to proper level.
• Clean radiator net.
