EVERY 2000 HOURS OR EVERY 2 YEARS
3. To drain the coolant, open the radiator drain plug
and remove radiator cap. The radiator cap must be
removed to completely drain the coolant.

4. After all coolant is drained, close the drain plug.
5. Fill with clean water and cooling system cleaner.
6. Follow directions of the cleaner instruction.
7. After flushing, before filling coolant, relieve air
bleeder.
8. Fill with clean distilled water and antifreeze until the
coolant level is just below the radiator cap.
Install the radiator cap securely.
9. After filling the coolant, close the air bleeder.
10. Fill with fresh water up to the [FULL] mark on the
recovery tank.
11. Start and operate the engine for few minutes.
12. Stop the engine and let cool.

13. Check coolant level of recovery tank and add
coolant if necessary.
IMPORTANT :
• Do not start engine without coolant.
• Use clean, fresh water and antifreeze to fill the
radiator and recovery tank.
• When the antifreeze is mixed with distilled
water, the antifreeze mixing ratio must be less
than 50%.
• Securely tighten radiator cap. If the cap is loose
or improperly fitted, water may leak out and the
engine could overheat.
