Troubleshooting

The product has been subjected to a thorough quality control in the factory. If a
fault should occur despite this check, you may be able to resolve it yourself.
Error symptom
The status indicator
lights up yellow.
The camera does not
display the colors
correctly.
Camera does not
vibrate.
Status indicator does
not work.
Endoscope is not
detected automatically.
Camera does not go
into standby mode.
Camera does not
respond when the
camera head is tapped
on.
Possible cause
Technical defect.
Color settings are
optimized for LED
light sources.
Function has been
deactivated.
Remedy
Contact an authorized ATMOS
service partner.
Colors may be displayed
incorrectly when affected by
extraneous light. Check color
fidelity when using an endo-
scope without any ambient
light (e.g., during use); see "4.8
Setting the white balance" on
page 14
Activate the function in the
ATMOS Capture Suite soft-
ware; see page 15.
