Check Item
The installation position of the switch meets the
requirement in the associated engineering design
document.
The surfaces of the switch are clean and smooth, free
from fingerprints, stains, and scratches.
Components are correctly installed in the cabinet. No
component is loose or damaged.
All screws are correctly tightened.
There are no objects on the chassis.
There is at least 50 mm (2.0 in.) clearance at the left and
right sides of the chassis for heat dissipation.
Signal cables are not damaged or broken and have no
splices.
Signal cable connectors are clean, intact, and correctly
connected. Wires of each signal cable are securely
clamped in the connectors.
Each signal cable has labels attached at both ends, with
clear text facing the same direction.
The power cables and ground cable are all copper wires,
and are not spliced or damaged.
The power cables and ground cable are routed in
compliance with the associated engineering design
document and meet the power distribution requirements.
