Solamente il distributore autorizzato potrà far valere i diritti di garanzia nei confronti della RehaTEAM s.r.l., pertanto al cliente non è
data facoltà di valersene.

NORME GENERALI DI GARANZIA
La RehaTEAM s.r.l. fornisce e presta assistenza sui propri prodotti purchè vi sia come presupposto un corretto uso e un'adeguata
manutenzione di tutte le parti della carrozzina. (vedi Manuale d'uso)
La garanzia copre ogni difetto di materiale e di fabbrica purchè sia dimostrato che tale difetto sia stato provocato prima della consegna
al distributore autorizzato.

GENERAL WARRANTY
RehaTeam srl supplies and gives the assistance to her products provided that it has been kept a correct use and a carefully maintenance
of any part of the wheelchair. (see Operating Instructions)
Warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects provided that this defects are caused before the wheelchair delivery to the
authorized dealer.

Allein der bevollmächtigte Vertreiber kann die Garantierechte gegen Rehateam G. b. H. gelten machen. Dieses Recht steht dem
Kunden nicht zu.

ALLGEMEINE GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Die Firma Rehateam G. b. H. leistet ihre Bürgschaft für die eigenen Produkte, nur wenn diesselben einer korrekten Benutzung und
angebrachten Wartung aller Teile des Rollstuhls unterliegen (siehe Gebrauchsanweisung)
Die Garantie haftet für jeden Materialmangel oder Fabrikationsdefekt, wenn es bewiesen wird, dass der Mangel vor der Abgabe an
den bevollmächtigten Vertreiber eingetreten ist.
