Canceling a Callback Request

Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2 Press the button associated with the call.

Press the button associated with the call again.
Hang up.

Single-Line
A single-line voice terminal can queue only one call at a time.
Requesting Callback

Press the switchhook.

Listen for confirmation tone and dial tone.
Dial

Listen for queuing tone and then hang up.

NOTE: If you do not hear queuing tone, your request has not been
accepted for this call.
Completing the Call
If you did not hang up after placing the callback request, you will hear dequeuing tone when
the call can be completed.
When you hear priority ringing, lift the handset.

Listen for dequeuing tone.
Your call will now be completed as dialed.
