4 Scope of Delivery
The following single components and accessories are included in the scope
of delivery in the specified quantities and are available for reordering accord­
ing to their respective symbols as single components ( ), single compon­
ents with minimum order quantities ( ) or single-component packs ( ):

5 Preparation for Use
CAUTION
Incorrect alignment or assembly
Injuries due to fall resulting from damaged prosthesis components
► Observe the alignment and assembly instructions.
CAUTION
Improper assembly of the screw connections
Fall due to breakage or loosening of the screw connections
► Clean the threads before every installation.
► Apply the specified installation torque values.
► Observe the instructions for securing the screw connections and the
use of the correct length.
5.1 Mounting the adapter
The sliding adapter is first connected to the socket attachment block, and
the the socket adapter is then mounted. The material of the prosthesis sock­
et must not prevent the adapter from sliding properly.
Mounting on socket attachment block
Required tools and materials:

4 mm Allen wrench, 2 mm Allen wrench, 710D4 torque wrench,
501S41=M6×25 countersunk head screws, Loctite® 636K13
1) Align the adapter so the Ottobock logo faces forward.
2) Loosen the centre screw 1 to 1.5 turns (see fig. 1).
