Monitoring Session Troubleshooting

System Errors
Sensor Band
Attachment Problem.

Cause
One or more of the band
sensors is not properly
attached to the abdominal
skin.
Massive maternal
movement.
Your skin isn't clean
enough from any topical
lotion or oil.

Troubleshooting
Recommended Actions
If this message appears while
monitoring:
Minimize your movements as
much as possible during the
monitoring.
Your posture should be either
seated, reclining, or laying on
your back. Adjust if needed. If
problem repeats, consider
changing you posture.
Place the upper and lower strip
as far as possible from each
other.
Adjust the lateral units to correct
location on the sides.
Make sure all sensors are fully
attached to your skin.
Unlock the front buckles and pull
the front adjustments straps
until the band is properly
attached to the skin and is stable
on the abdominal.
Adjust the back strap if needed
by pulling each back strap
separately one by one.
Press CONTINUE.
If this message appears after a
failed monitoring attempt:
Remove the INVU Sensor Band
from your abdomen.
Add gel to the detachable
sensors.
Scrub your full abdominal skin
with water and soap and towel
dry it.
Press CLOSE.
Re-attach the INVU Sensor
Band™ to your abdomen as
instructed in section 5.1 on page
21.
