Poor Bluetooth connection
between the mobile device
and the sensor band.
A server error occurred
during the session.
The On/Off power button
was pressed during the
session process.
The INVU Sensor Band was
turned Off due to a
technical issue.
Recommended Actions
If the problem persists, please
contact customer support at
support@nuvocares.com

Bring your phone closer to the
sensor band.
Make sure there are no obstacles
between your phone and the
sensor band.
Disconnect other devices or apps
connected to your Wi-Fi or
Bluetooth network.
Connect your phone to a 5 GHz
Wi-Fi network (if available)
Press CLOSE or CONTINUE.
If the problem persists, please
contact customer support at
support@nuvocares.com

Press the CLOSE button.
Restart the session.
