Troubleshooting

This section lists issues or observations that you may encounter, the possible cause(s) and
recommended actions.
8.1

Forgot Password

The Forgot Password appears on the log-in screen.
Press FORGOT PASSWORD if you forgot the password.
Enter your subscribed email address.
Press the SEND RECOVERY LINK button.
An email with a link to a webpage where the user can set a new password is sent to the
user email address.
Press the BACK TO LOGIN button.
Enter the email address and the new password.
Press SIGN IN.

INVU Sensor Band™ Connectivity Troubleshooting
Problem
QR Code Scan Failed!
Connectivity Problem
with the Sensor Band.

Cause
Scanned QR code is not an
INVU sensor band QR code
or is corrupted.
The INVU Sensor Band is
turned off.
The Bluetooth connection
is disabled on the phone.
The phone and the device
are not close enough.
The sensor band was
automatically shut down
due to no activity.

Recommended Actions
Make sure that you are scanning
the QR code located on the INVU
Sensor Band™.
Try to scan the QR code again.
If the problem persists, please
contact customer support at
support@nuvocares.com

Replacement of the sensor band
might be needed.
If the LED is off, turn on the device
and make sure that the LED light on
the controller is steady green.
Enable the Bluetooth feature on
your phone and try to reconnect.
Bring your phone closer to the
device, to a distance of closer than
16 feet (5 meters) away, and with
no walls or obstacles in-between.
If the LED is off, turn on the device.
