If you have already characterized the device and have a .s2p
file, for "Deembedding Data", select "File", and enter or select
the file.
7 If you have electrical components, such as RF cables,
waveguide or other adapters, or probe heads, between the
output port and your device under test, open and enable the
RF Path Deembedding.
Enter or select the file.
8 Click
to start the measurement preparation.
