Minimum value of flow temperature in normal mode
(not reduced mode)
The flow temperature always has this safety distan-
ce to the worst (highest) value of the dew point tem-
perature
The temperatue of cooled elements must not be
below this value in cooling mode
The return temperatur must not be below this value in

In reduced mode (energy safe mode) the flow tempe-
rature will be increased by this value.
