Press the TARE/ENTER key to show the current value. If the setting displayed is acceptable,
press the TARE/ENTER` key again to save it. Otherwise, use the /UP ARROW key to
toggle to a new setting and then press the TARE/ENTER key to save it.

Sio 3? (Setup Serial Port 3)
Press the TARE/ENTER key. The display will change to show the current setting no. To skip
configuring the Sio Port 3 (serial input/output), and proceed to the Print? menu, press
the TARE/ENTER key again. To configure the Sio 3, press the /UP ARROW key to select
YES and then press the TARE/ENTER key.
bAUd3= (Serial Port 3 Baud Rate)
Press the TARE/ENTER key to show the current value. If the setting displayed is acceptable,
press the TARE/ENTER` key again to save it. Otherwise, use the /UP ARROW key to
toggle to a new setting and then press the TARE/ENTER key to save it. Allowable values are:
12 = 1200 Baud
96 = 9600 Baud
28 = 28.8k Baud
76 = 76.8k Baud
Prty3= (Serial Port 3 Parity)
Press the TARE/ENTER key to show the current value. If the setting displayed is acceptable,
press the TARE/ENTER` key again to save it. Otherwise, use the /UP ARROW key to
toggle to a new setting and then press the TARE/ENTER key to save it. Allowable values are:
0 = NONE (No Parity)
bitS3= (Serial Port 3 Data Bits)
Press the TARE/ENTER key to show the current value. If the setting displayed is acceptable,
press the TARE/ENTER` key again to save it. Otherwise, use the /UP ARROW key to
toggle to a new setting and then press the TARE/ENTER key to save it. Allowable values are:
7 = 7 Data Bits
StoP3= (Serial Port 3 Stop Bits)
