Échange d'un barillet de serrure
Dépose'
Monter la glace à fond.
Déposer la gamiture, la ou les feuille(s)
d'étanchéité plastique(s), la poignée
extérieure, le pêne et J'ensemble serrure-
barillet.

Chasser la goupille 11) de maintien du
doigt de déverrouillage
(2).
Enlever le doigt de déverrouillage et sor~
tir le barillet
(3)
du porte-barillet (41.
Pose
Introduire le barillet (31 dans le porte-
barillet (4J.
Mettre en place le doigt de déverrouil-
lage
(2).
Assembler l'ensemble à l'aide de la
goupille
(1).
Mettre l'ensemble en place.
Vérifier les différentes fonctions de la
serrure avant garnissage de la porte.

Raise the window glass right up.
Remove the upholstery, the plastic sea~
Iing sheetfsJ, the exterior door handle,
the boit and the lacklcylinder assemb/y.

tions before fitting the door upholstery,

Pour régler la gâche, il faut impérative-
ment que la porte soit déjà elle-même
réglée.
Fermer la porte en maintenant
ouvert
le

levier d'ouverture de la serrure de porte.

Manoeuvrer ainsi la porte jusqu'à ce
que la gâche n'accroche plus dans la
platine de serrure.
Serrer légèrement les fixations

et
fermer normalement au deuxième cran.
Régler en affleurement avec le montant
arrière en ressortant ou en enfonçant la
gâche
(2).
Bien serrer la gâche quand le réglage de
celle-ci est réalisé.

Déposer le pêne (11.
Déposer le cache plastique 121.
Décrocher l'agrafe du porte-barillet par le
caisson de porte (31 à l'aide d'un crochet.

NOTA: avant l'opération, introduire un
'" chiffon dans le caisson de porte pour
que l'agrafe ne tombe pas au fond de la
porte.

Adjustment of striker

Ta adjust the striker, it is essential that
the door is itself eorreetly adjusted.
Close the door while holding the door
lock op.ening lever open.
Shift the door about until the striker no
(onger hooks in the loek prate.
Tighten the fastenings
(1)
slightlyand
close narmally ta the second notch.
Adiust flush with the rear pillar by pul-
ling out or pushing in the striker
(2).
Seeurely tighten the striker when its
adjustment is complt;1ted.

Remove boit
(1).
Remove plastic caver
(2).
Unhook the cylinder holder clip through
the opening in the door shell
(3)
using a
hook.
NOTE: put a cloth into the door shell
before commencing the operation, sa
that the clip does not fall ta the bottom
of the door.
