Example of emptying time
An emptying time of 1 s has the result with enabled simulation (DR03) that emptying at the end
of an automatic dosing cycle is simulated within 1 s. Simulation takes place linearly from the
dosed weight down to 0 weight units.
Requirement
You have configured a set point (Page 86).
Web server procedure
1. Select the "Service mode ON (1)" command.
2. Read DR03.
3. Enable the weight simulation in DR03.
4. Write DR03.
5. Select the "Service mode OFF (2)" command.
6. Read DR16.
7. Enter a maximum simulation dosing time and simulation emptying time in seconds in DR16.
8. Write DR16.
9. Start the simulation using the "Weight simulation ON (3)" command.
10.Start the dosing with the command "Start single weighing (1101)" or "Start continuous mode
(1103)".
11.When you change parameters in simulation mode, start the "Simulation ON (3)" command
again.
⇒ Parameter changes take effect.
12.Stop the simulation using the "Weight simulation OFF (4)" command.
