of the attachment.
The customer should present questions in clear terms, with references to this Manual and the instructions listed.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

Contact the manufacturer for any replacement parts.
ALWAYS USE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS.

PRODEM will not be liable for breakage, malfunctions, personal injury or property damage deriving from
the use of other than original parts.
For the management of replacement parts, PRODEM provides the following form that allows the easy
identification of the part to be requested.
The use of other than original replacement parts is discouraged and, if that should happen, the guarantee (if
still in effect) will be void and the manufacturer will not be liable for damage or personal injury deriving from
the use of the attachment.
To request replacement parts, fill in the attached form, taking care to follow the instructions.
ATTENTION!
We recommend faithfully reproducing the form in question (even by photocopying it) to avoid mistakes.
Fill in the references to the table carefully and send it to the manufacturer.
In order to interact more effectively with our technicians when ordering replacement parts, please follow this
procedure:
Call the replacement parts service of PRODEM and explain the type of malfunction encountered;
Describe the part that is not working (even with the help of a photograph);
Order the part using the order form on the next page;
Indicate the shipping method. If this item is not specified, while dedicating particular care to this service
PRODEM will not be liable for any delivery delays due to force majeure. The recipient is always responsible
for shipping expenses.
