INSTALLATION

MOUNTING

Mounting begins with the attachment supported stably on the ground with the operating machine's engine
stopped and parking brakes engaged. If the attachment is supplied without the operating machine fitting, it is
the customer/operator's responsibility to provide for the application of a suitable connection fitting
corresponding to the characteristics of the operating machine.
Then, proceed as follows:
Rotate the fitting of the attachment vertically.
Clean the inside surfaces of the fitting with a cloth.
Carefully clean the pins and bushings of the fitting of the attachment to remove any dirt.
MOUNTING THE ATTACHMENT ON THE OPERATING MACHINE
The attachment can be mounted either on the arm or in place of the bucket.
Bring the arm of the operating machine to the connector of the attachment.
Insert the arm in the connector, aligning the hole with the corresponding lower hole of the attachment and
inserting the pin and securing it with its safety system (screws, cotter pins, etc.).
Mounting in place of the arm: move the arm to make the upper hole of the connector align with the hole
of the arm cylinder, if necessary, making the rod extend to reach the alignment of the fulcrums, and insert
the second pin, fixing it with the appropriate safety system (Fig. 4.4. 1 ).
Mounting place of the bucket: move the arm to make the upper hole of the connector align with the hole
of the piston rod of the arm, if necessary, making the rod extend to reach the alignment of the fulcrums,
and insert the second pin, fixing it with the appropriate safety system (Fig. 4.4.2).
IMPORTANT!
In all mounting operations, never force the pins but check their good alignment.
