INSTALLATION

STOPPING AND DISMOUNTING

At the end of work and before putting down the attachment, proceed as follows:
Activate the operating machine's OPEN/CLOSE control to return the entire rod of the attachment inside the
cylinder.
Place the attachment on two wooden supports on the ground, orienting it horizontally.
Make sure that there is no residual pressure in the hydraulic system. The residual hydraulic pressure must be
discharged by activating the opening and closing controls of the attachment several times with the
engine stopped and depressurizing the oil tank.
Loosen the screws or fittings of the hoses and insert protective plugs.
Remove the safety system from the pins and slide them out.
Move the arm of the operating machine in such a way as to remove the fitting of the attachment, making
sure that there are no persons in the immediate vicinity of the work area. Rotate the fitting of the
attachment in such a way as reinsert the stopping pin and cotter pin in the rotation locking pin (if present).
ATTENTION!
When disconnecting the hoses, take care to collect and spilled oil in containers. Do not spill oil on the
ground.
ATTENTION!
Check that the rotation locking pin is correctly inserted to avoid unwanted movement of the attachment
during transport.
Insert the safety pin (A) in seats
(C) and (D) (Fig. 4.7.1).
Fix everything using position (B)
(Fig. 4.7.2).
For any movements, use the lifting points
indicated by the stickers.
Place the attachment in a dry, protected
place.
At this point the operations of stopping and
dismounting are finished.
