INSTALLATION
TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
ATTENTION!
When the attachment arrives, the user must check for damage (breakage or significant dents) during
transport or unloading. If damage has occurred, immediately make it know to the transporter and add the
words "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATIONS" to the delivery document. In the presence of damage, submit a
written claim to the transporter within 8 days of receiving the attachment. If significant transport damage is
noted at the time of delivery, notify the manufacturer in a timely, including any missing parts. It is also
necessary to check the material that arrived against the detailed list on the transport document.
IMPORTANT!
The manufacturer will not be liable for personal or property damaged caused by the use of lifting systems
other than those described.

STORAGE

If the attachment is to be stored before use, the following precautions must be taken:
Store the attachment in a protected area;
Lubricate all parts of the attachment;
Protect the attachment from shocks and stresses;
Protect the attachment from humidity and high temperature jumps;
Keep the attachment away from corrosive substances.

COUPLING CHECK

Mounting preparations
For installation, it is necessary to prepare a maneuvering area that is adequate
for the dimensions of the attachment and the lifting equipment to be used.
Before mounting the attachment on the operating machine, check that the
latter is stable, i.e., that the lifting capacity (LC) of the machine is sufficient to
meet the essential safety requirements to avoid tipping over. To do this, you must:
1. CHECK: the minimum lifting capacity (LC) on 360° calculated in conformity
with the ISO 10567:2007, SAE J1097 or DIN 15019 standards shown in the operating
machine's technical data.
2. KNOW: the Mass M of the attachment shown on the identification plate.
3. APPLY: a correction factor K to the mass of the attachment that takes into
account the bounce of the attachment beyond the bucket hinge point: for
clamps, crushers and shears K=1.2
ATTENTION!
This condition only ensures the stability of the operating machine when
working on flat, horizontal and unyielding ground.
