MAINTENANCE
EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
To add material use 57 HRC (600 Brinell) fill wire, Ø 1.2 mm K 300.
The recommended wires are:
UTP: A67S Ø 1.2 mm
FORTARGEN: A7111 MIG Ø 1.2 mm
DANGER!
Before adding material, it is necessary to turn off the operating machine and wear suitable IPDs (gloves,
goggles, safety shoes and suitable clothing).

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. The operating machine is not dispensing adequate
pressure to the attachment's hydraulic circuit.
2. The speed valve is not correctly calibrated.
3. The speed valve's gasket seals are damaged.
4. The attachment's cylinder gasket seals are
damaged.
5. The attachment's rotating joint gasket seals are
damaged.
1. The dimensions or resistance of the material are
greater than the attachment's cutting capacity.
2. The blades are not adequately adjusted or are too
worn.
1. Oil oozing from the operating machine's distributor.
2. Oil oozing on the speed valve.
3. Oil oozing on the cylinder.
4. Oil oozing on the rotating joint.
1. There is material between the cutting blades that
prevents it from opening.
1. Operating machine pressure not correctly calibrated.
2. Rotation motor damaged.
3. Motor valve damaged.
4. Flow regulation valve closed.
1. Incorrect oil flow from the operating machine.
2. Flow regulation valve incorrectly calibrated.
1. Gasket seals damaged.

1. See chapter Technical Data (Table 3.5. 1 .).
2. See chapter Extraordinary Maintenance (Table 6.5. 1 .
and Table 6.5.2.).
1. Contact technical assistance for the operating
machine.
2. Replace the spools or the entire speed valve.
3. Replace the gasket seals of the cylinder.
4. Replace the gasket seals of the rotating joint.
1. Remove the material stuck between the blades with
a blowtorch and then adjust.
1. Adjust the pressure of the operating machine.
2. Replace the motor.
3. Replace the motor valve.
4. Open the flow regulation valve.
1. Adjust the flow of oil from the operating machine.
2. correctly calibrate the flow regulation valve.
1. Replace the gasket seals.
