EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

Extraordinary maintenance includes maintenance, repairs and replacement of components to
guarantee the correct operation of the attachment.
Extraordinary Maintenance Table:
INTERVENTION
Adjust clutch block.
Adjust blades (in case of excessive play).
Replace worn blades.
Rotation of the blades (in the case of a worn profile).
Restoring the anti-wear material.
The attachment was designed to reduce extraordinary maintenance to a minimum and it is up to the
operator to determine its state and suitability for use.
We recommend stopping the attachment and performing maintenance whenever its performance is not
optimal; this will allow always achieving maximum efficiency.
IMPORTANT!
If the blades are promptly replaced with they begin to be visibly worn, cutting performance will be
improved.
DANGER!
The blades can fall out of their seat; make sure that all persons stay at a safe distance and that there is no
property damage or personal injury if that should happen.
