MAINTENANCE

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Scheduled maintenance includes inspections, checks and maintenance to guarantee the
constant efficiency of the attachment.
Scheduled Maintenance Table:
INTERVENTION
Lubricate the hinges and the rotation thrust block and
replace any damaged greasers. (see Fig. 6.4.2)
Check that the screws of the connection saddle are not loose
or damaged.
Check that the screws of the rotation thrust block are not
loose or damaged.
Check that the screws holding the interchangeable blades
are not loosened or damaged.
Check the play between the pins and bushings of the saddle
connection. Se the play is greater than 0.6 mm, replace the
bushings or pin.
Check the play between the pins and bushings of the saddle
connection. Se the play is greater than 0.6 mm, replace the
bushings or pin.
Use a thickness gauge to check the play between the blades,
which must be between 0.2 and 1.2 mm. If the play is greater,
insert the appropriate shims (Chap. 6.5).
Check the play of the clutch block, which must be between
0. 1 and 0.2 mm. If the play is greater, adjust (Chap. 6.5).
Check the integrity of the gaskets of the rotation thrust block.
Check internal oil leakage on cylinder.

Maintenance mechanic: a qualified technician capable of operating the machine under
normal conditions, operating it with the jog command with the protections deactivated,
working on mechanical components to perform the necessary adjustments, maintenance
and repairs. Typically not qualified to work on electrical systems under voltage.
