7.9 Display of device is abnormal

When RC3000 cannot display alarms correctly, check the followings:

7.10 Forget the password

When forget your password, you should bring the device back to Raisecom to renew password.
7.11 User port alarm indication of self-loop DC64K sub-card is inconsistent for
different uplink cards
a. When uplink card is E1 interface, self-loop user port of RC3000-SUB-DC64K sub-card, then LOS
and AIS indicators are in OFF state.
b. When uplink card is optical interface, self-loop user port of RC3000-SUB-DC64K sub-card, then
LOS indicator is in OFF state while AIS in ON state.
The above-mentioned phenomena associated with uplink card type, in such circumstances,
RC3000-SUB-DC64K is trouble-free. When test self-loop, firstly self-loop E1 port, and then
self-loop RC3000-SUB-DC64K sub-card port; when the LOS is in OFF state on
RC3000-SUB-DC64K sub-card; AIS displays in ON state.
Device voltage ripple is too high and voltage of MCU is not stable, so there is error of
program data. In this status please try to cut off electricity and then power on the device
again.
Equipments inside the device is destroyed.
