18.1.6 ANNUALLY MAINTENANCE OR 100.000 CYCLES FOR THE GROUP
UNIT (MANDATORY)
Remove and clean the group unit
Remove the motor
Remove the movement screw then disassemble the bearings, the support and the bushing 3.5
Remove the stainless steel cover and the 3 micro switches
Remove the group chamber, the heating element and temperature probe
Disassemble the teflon plate and plastic movement screw nut
Remove the two guides
Remove the scoop cam, scoop cam shaft and spring
Remove the scoop cam driver
Remove the upper and lower piston and lower springs
Disassemble the upper and lower piston showers and gasket
Clean everything
Rebuild brew unit including replacement of
Upper and lower piston gasket 02290021, 02290019
Seegers for lower piston 08000015
Upper and lower piston shower 2x 03000069
Scoop cam driver 05000737
Scoop cam spring 08000085
Lower piston spring 08000024
Plastic movement nut 0500744.1
Movement guides bushing 08000057
All other wear and tear component
Clean the movement guides 07300660
Lubricate the movement screw bearings 08000071 with Nuova Simonelli silicon grease
Lubricate with Teflon spray the bushes and the movement screw near the plastic nut and clean with
a dry cloth
Average time for maintenance: 2h
