are setting up or performing measurements. The commands are split up
into the following subsystems:
CONFigure subsystem commands that control all instruments.
FETCh, INITiate and READ subsystems let you control measurement
parameters for the power meter.
SENSe subsystem commands that control Power Sensors, Optical Head
Interface Modules, and Return Loss Modules.
TRIGger subsystem commands that control triggering.
