(3) Loosen the hexagonal head cap bolt (c) of the upper X tension assembly to reduce the load on
the spring.
(4) Remove the two hexagonal head cap bolts (d) securing the upper X tension assembly, and
remove the X tension assembly.
(5) Loosen the hexagonal head cap bolt (a) securing the X pulley assembly (top). While holding the
X pulley assembly (top) by hand, remove the two hexagonal head cap bolts (b) and the two
washers (4.5 x 15 x 1.5), and remove the X pulley assembly (top).

The X pulley assembly will fall when the two hexagonal head cap bolts (b) are removed.
Therefore, be sure to support the X pulley assembly (top) by hand during the removal work.
(6) Remove the hexagon head cap bolts (M4 x 14) (a) and the washer (4.5 x 15 x 1.5).
(7) Loosen the hexagonal head cap bolt (c) of the lower X tension assembly in the same way as step (4).
(8) Remove the two hexagonal head cap bolts (d) securing the lower X tension assembly, and
remove the X tension assembly.
(9) Loosen the hexagonal head cap bolts (a) securing the X pulley assembly (bottom). Remove the
two hexagonal head cap bolts (b) and the two washers (4.5 x 15 x 1.5). Then, remove the X
pulley assembly (bottom).
(10) Remove the hexagon head cap bolts (M4 x 14) (a) and the washer (4.5 x 15 x 1.5).

(11) Remove the six hexagonal head cap bolts (M3 x 12), the six spring washers and the six washers
that are connecting the X belt (top). Remove the X belt (top) from the X belt holder bracket.
(12) Remove the six hexagonal head cap bolts (M3 x 12), the six spring washers and the six washers
that are connecting the X belt (bottom). Remove the X belt (bottom) from the X belt holder
bracket.
