Communication Setup
(1) Log into "root" account.
(2) Click the "PetaSite" or "Monitor" on the PetaApp screen.
(3) Change the mode to Administrator at "PSC (Monitoring & Maintenance Terminal)" screen (the
default password is "sony").
(4) Select "Setup.." "PSC" from the pull-down menu, and select the "Communication" tag.
(5) Set the communication parameters of CSM and the drive, and click "apply".
(6) Select "terminal server" from the port group.
Check the data.

Library License Key Code Acquisition

CSM-60 does not require this procedure.
Turn on the power of the library.
Log into the "root" account, and start the terminal window.
Get a 16-digit license key code from the library.
# cd /psc/uty/
# ./psccsmupgrd -r
Then, set the license key code.
Start the registry editor.
# ./regedit
Click the "Licence" on the "PSC Registry Editor" screen.
Double-click the Key-Code which is displayed on the right of screen.
Type: SZ
Data: (Enter the 16-digit license key code which is gotten from the library)
Click "OK".
Exit Registry Editor.

Drive Setup
(1) Select "Setup.." – "Drive" from the pull-down menu.
(2) Check the existing drives.
Example) For PetaServe/PetaBack
1. Select "Standard Setup: Default".
2. Enter the ID codes.
When using the drive in Loop topology, set LOOP ID and tick "Loop ID Request".
When using the drive in SCSI, set SCSI ID.
3. Select "Setup.." "PSC" from the pull-down menu, and select the "Drive Condition".
4. Check if the drive is available on the MMT screen.

Bin Division Area Setup
(1) Select "Setup.." "PSC" from the pull-down menu, and select the "Bin Division" tag.
(2) Set the newly created bin area based on the library, drive, and license specifications.
