Procedure
1. Open the AutoDST file.
2. To add a new time zone, add <DST szTime="" szZone="" iType="" szStart="" szEnd="" szOffset=""/>
between <DSTData> and </DSTData>.

city, it is the best to keep their daylight
saving time the same)
