Loosely secure the siren amplifier to the mounting bracket with 1/4"-20 x 1/2" hex-head screws and 1/4"
split lockwashers.
5. Tilt the siren amplifier to the desired position. Tighten the 1/4"-20 x 1/2" hex-head screws.

Mounting the Control Pad

The control pad comes with two mounting brackets and mounting hardware (P/N 8537573).
Tools needed:
• Drill with #9 drill bit
• Phillips screwdriver
• 7/16" nut driver
• Pencil or felt-tip pen for marking drill position locations
To mount the control pad:
1. Select a mounting location that enables the driver to use the controls safely under all driving conditions.
2. Secure a bracket to the control pad with the #6-32" x 1/4" Phillips screws and #6 lock washers (Figure 5.2).
3. See Figure 5.2. Using a 7/16" nut driver, secure the other bracket to the control pad/bracket assembly
with the 1/4"-20 x 3/4" hex-head screws and 1/4" lockwashers.

amplifier, the 1/4"-20 x 1/2" hex-head cap screws and the 1/4" split lockwashers
must be used as shown in Figure 5.1 on page 34.
