Registering Original Size

To create an original data of an arbitrary size, register the original size in the printer
driver in advance.

Start your computer.

Open the [Printers] folder.
For Windows 10
Click [Start] - [Windows System] - [Control Panel] -
[Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers] and
open the [Devices and Printers] folder.
For Windows 8.1 / Windows 8:
Open the "Apps" screen and click [Control Panel] -
[Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].
For Windows 7:
Click [Start] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and
Sound] - [Devices and Printers].
For Windows XP:
Click [Start] - [Printers and Faxes] from the [Start]
menu and open the [Printers and Faxes] folder.
For Windows Vista:
Click [Start] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and
Sound] - [Printers].

Right-click the [RISO GOCCOPRO Series] icon,
and select [Printer properties] ([Properties] for
Windows XP / Windows Vista ) from the displayed
menu.

Click the [Original size] tab.

Click [Original size entry].

1) When the [Original size entry] dialog box
appears, enter the width, length and name.
2) After making all entries, click [Add].
The name of the entered original size is displayed
in the list of standard original sizes.

In the [Original size entry] dialog box, click
[Close].
• By clicking [Export], you can save the entered
information as an original size registration file
(extension: udp).
• To register the original size in the printer driver
from the original size registration file, click
[Import] to select the file.
• To register a landscape-oriented original, enter
the length of the long side in [Width] and the
length of the short side in [Length].

• Entering the name and the size in the name
field in advance is useful because it will help
you identify the size when selecting the origi-
nal size.
• The original paper sizes that can be registered
are as follows.
Width: 0.39" to 31.50" / 10 mm to 297 mm
Length: 0.39" to 11.69" / 10 mm to 800 mm
• To delete a registered original size, select the
original size and click [Clear].

Click [OK].
The registration of the original size is now com-
pleted.
