Column Overheating and cooling down of the Thermal Print Head This machine directly perforates a screen with fine lines by using the heat gener- ated by the Thermal Print Head. If the machine is used for a long period of time or continually making screen from original data that intensively contains images or huge solid area, heat builds up in the Thermal Print Head, and the machine auto- matically starts to cool down.

When dust adheres to the Thermal Print Head, the screen may not be correctly perfo- rated according to the original data and graphics or text may be missing or blur.
