For Windows XP

• To install the printer driver, it is necessary to log on to Windows by the
account with the authority to change the system setting (administrator, etc.).
• This printer driver does not support server OS or printer sharing.

USB Connection

Turn on the machine.

Connect a USB cable to the machine.

Start your computer, and insert the included
[RISO GOCCOPRO Printer Driver] CD-ROM into
your computer's CD-ROM drive.

Connect the USB cable to your computer.
The [Found New Hardware Wizard] dialog box
appears.

Select [Install from a list or specified location],
and click [Next].

Select [Don't search. I will choose the driver to
install.], and click [Next].

Click [Have Disk], and select the inf file of the
driver to be installed.
(CD-ROM): [Windows 32-bit] - [Driver] - [WinXP] -
[English] - RISODRV. INF

Select [RISO GOCCOPRO Series], and click
[Next].

Click [Finish].

Reboot your computer.

Open the Printers folder, and open the proper-
ties of the installed printer driver.

Click [Print Processor] on the [Details] tab.

Click [R35X8EP] from the list of [Print Proces-
sor].

Select [NT EMF 1.008] from the list of [Default
data type], and click [OK].

Transfer the test page onto a screen, and check
that the original data is correctly transferred.
A test pattern is transferred onto a screen using
Frame 1 (frame length: 23.2" / 590 mm)
It is recommended to use a frame with the "MINI-
MUM" setting.
