Required materials

Chemical-resistant, powder-free gloves
•
2.5-mm Allen wrench
•
1:1 methanol/water
•
Lint-free cloth
•
Mounting shaft insertion tool
To fit the new APPI lamp drive assembly O-rings
1.
Ensure that all the grooves for the O-rings are free from dirt and hairs.
If contamination is present, use 1:1 methanol/water, applied to the

Fit the new lamp mounting flange O-ring to the APPI source enclosure
side plate.
