Loop Protection

This feature prevents loop attack. When receiving loop packets, the port will be disabled
automatically, preventing the loop attack from affecting other network devices.

Description
Activate loop protection functions (as a whole)
The interval between each loop protection PDU sent on
each port. The valid value is 1 to 10 seconds.
The period (in seconds) for which a port will be kept
disabled when a loop is detected (shutting down the
port). The valid value is 0 to 604800 seconds (7 days). A
value of zero will keep a port disabled permanently (until
the device is restarted).

values include Shutdown Port, Shutdown Port, and Log or
Log Only.
Controls whether the port is actively generating loop protection
PDUs or only passively look for looped PDUs.
