Disassembling
1. Disconnect all the cables from the MAIN
PCB.
2. Remove the screw which secures the earth
cable CNGD1.
 5HPRYH WKH VFUHZ DQG WKH ZLUH FODPS ¿[LQJ
/9'6 6+,(/' 0(7$/V 'HWDFK WKH PHWDOV
and release the cable CNDML.
4. Remove 4 screws on the MAIN PCB and one
VFUHZ ¿[LQJ WKH ,2 0(7$/
NOTE:
If you are going to detach the ENGINE
DVVHPEO\ RU /$03 83'2:1 )$1 FXW WKH
cable tie and detach the ferrite core from the
KDUQHVVHV RQ WKH /9'6 6+,(/' 0(7$/
/9'6 6+,(/' 0(7$/ ERWWRP

Assembling
1. Check the wiring if it is properly prepared.
2. Set the block of the MAIN PCB in place.
3. Tighten 4 screws on the MAIN PCB, and one
VFUHZ IRU WKH ,2 0(7$/
4. Screw down the end of CNGD1 to the MAIN
PCB by the rib.
 3XW WKH /9'6 6+,(/' 0(7$/V LQFOXGLQJ
CNDML and the wire clamp in place, and
screw them down.
6. Connect and wire all the cables as before.
NOTE:
Release the temporary tacking before wiring the
cables.
