POWER UNIT1 BALLAST
Disassembling
1) Turn over the ballast holder, disconnect CNLP1 and
CNBL1 from POWER UNIT1 BALLAST and put the
cables away from the holes.
2) Remove 2 Vcrews to detach POWER UNIT1 BALLAST
and the insulating sheet from the holder.
3) Separate POWER UNIT1 BALLAST and the partitions.
NOTE
Remember to detach the partitions and re-use them with
new POWER UNIT1 BALLAST. The service parts do
not include the partitions.
Assembling
1) Attach firmly the partitions on POWER UNIT1 BALLAST LQ WKH VDPH ZD\ DV POWER UNIT2 BALLAST.
2) Put POWER UNIT1 BALLAST on the ballast holder and screw down.
3) Connect CNLP1 and CNBL1 to POWER UNIT1 BALLAST and wire them as below.
Wire CNBL1 through this hole. Confirm there is
no excess length between CNBL1 and the hole
